Capes - not just for Wonder Woman

I've been wanting to knit a cape for a long time. So last weekend, I began with version ONE. ...eh too big. Mostly done with version TWO. ... perhaps too small? (but luckily my shoulders are mutant tiny, so good for me, not good for a pattern.) Hoping really really a lot that, like Goldy Locks, the THIRD will be just right.
