Join yarn again and repeat Rows 25-31 on the other side of the heart.
Finish by making a sc row around the entire border of the heart.
When you have finished making both heart patches, pin them onto the back arms of your sweater. Try it on (careful not to get poked) to make sure the patches are in a good place. Now take your needle and thread to sew those patches on. AND YOU'RE DONE! Wear your elbow patch sweater with pride! Email me at SansLimitesCrochet@gmail.com with any questions.
I like wearing this sweater best with an old men's shirt (also found at Salvation Army) that has some red in it. Perfect outfit idea! YAY!
